Payment

A deposit of 30% of the holiday price is required upon booking.
· The balance is due 60 days prior the start of the holiday
with the Guarantee*.

The guarantee has to be paid separately from the others payments.
It will be refund after payment of all extras that may be charge
(telephone, housekeeper's extra hours, damage…).
Included
·
Property's Exclusivity.
· House and pool linen.
· End-of-stay cleanup.
· Swimming pool / park maintenance.
Cancellations
·
All the deposit is forfeited. Within 60 days to the start of the
holiday, the entire cost of the holiday is forfeited.
Nota
·
Should the Château de Cazenac cancel your holiday, all payments
already made will be totally refunded.
